Return & Exchange Policy
At Shrug Story, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we’re here to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible for you.

Free Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery at no additional cost, provided they are unused, with original tags intact, and in the original packaging. For multiple item exchanges, please submit separate requests for each item, specifying your preferred size and color.

Returns & Exchanges After 7 Days
Unfortunately, after the 7-day window, we won’t be able to process any returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.

One-Time Exchange Policy
We allow only one exchange per order within the 7-day period. Please choose your size or color carefully, as we do not offer returns or further exchanges on exchanged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please initiate an exchange request on our website within 7 days of delivery. We’re committed to resolving such issues swiftly.

Returns for Combo Purchases
If you return a single item from a combo purchase, the refund will be based on the individual item price rather than the discounted combo price. For example, if you bought two shrugs for Rs. 1399 (with a 15% discount) where one shrug is priced at Rs. 799 and you return one item, you will be refunded Rs. 600 (1399 - 799). The same applies across all product categories.

For orders with multiple items and applied discounts, the discount will be recalculated based on the items you retain. For example, if you purchase 4 items with a 25% discount and return 2 items, the discount will be revised to 15% for the remaining 2 items.

Exchange for a Different Product?
If you opt for an exchange, you can select an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
