1. Eligibility

To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products & Availability

We specialize in women’s shrugs and shirts. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product colors and images may slightly vary depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made using:
    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

       

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. COD is handled through GoKwik.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are shipped via Shiprocket.

  • Estimated delivery time is usually between 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy, summarized below:

  • Free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in original packaging.

  • One-time exchange allowed per order.

  • No returns or exchanges accepted after 7 days.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days via our website.

  • In combo orders, refunds are adjusted based on individual item prices.

  • For exchanged items of lower value, the difference is refunded within 7 working days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout.

  • You agree not to use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Shrug Story and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate product information and seamless service. However, we do not warrant that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.
